Radio the base

Questions about which set fits which figure, what age a playset suits or what a launcher fires — send them over and a real person answers within two working days.

Orders, tracking and returns

Orders are placed and shipped by the retail partner store that sells the set, so tracking, delivery changes, returns and warranty claims all go through the order page in your account at that store. They hold the order details; we never see them.
